What is an Ecological Tipping Point?

Michigan Sea Grant Director Don Scavia discusses ecological tipping points and other Great Lakes issues as the guest speaker in the Great Lakes Town Hall, a program of the Biodiversity Project based in Madison, Wisconsin.
