St. Ignace 2016

Community Visioning Resources

Project Introduction Meeting
The project team initially met with a small group of stakeholders from St. Ignace to introduce the project and the draft Sustainable Small Harbors Tools and Tactics Guidebook.

Community Engagement Meeting
To facilitate community engagement, the project team then worked with City staff and officials to convene an afternoon session to engage community members. Attendees weighed in on the future of the St. Ignace waterfront and helped identify assets linked to existing or potential public waterfront uses and/or facilities.

Final Report
This report is a result of work sponsored by Michigan Sea Grant. The authors would like to acknowledge the efforts of all project partners and the committed municipal leaders, staff, and citizens for the contributions to this product.
