2008 Lake Huron Regional Fisheries Workshops
Michigan Sea Grant College Program and Michigan State University Extension, in partnership with the Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Division and other fishery organizations, will host two public information workshops offering current research and information related to the status of the Lake Huron fishery.
“These workshops are designed to provide valuable information for anglers, charter captains, resource professionals, and others interested in attending,” noted Brandon Schroeder, Extension Educator with Michigan Sea Grant.
The Southern Lake Workshop will be Saturday, April 12, in Bad Axe, Michigan. And the Northern Lake Workshop will be Saturday, April 19 in Alpena, Michigan. The registration fee for each full day workshop is $15 in advance ($20 at the door). For more information and registration information for each workshop, see details online.
