Think Spring, Think Recycling
As spring starts to unfurl, boaters please consider recycling boat shrink-wrap. The Michigan Clean Marina Program has been working with marinas to recycle plastic shrink-wrap since 2007. Various programs are available throughout the state.

Tawas Lighthouse

Be a Lighthouse Keeper
The Tawas Point Lighthouse is seeking keepers for the the summer season. There is an application process and a rental fee. You must be at least 18 years old and agree to lead lighthouse tours and take on other duties during your stay.
