To plan and coordinate the administrative and operational activities of MSG with broad authority to make commitments, e.g., assign Chartcombination to appropriate expenditures, and approve contract and service work orders, within designated areas of responsibility.

  • Provide guidance to principal investigators on proposal preparation including budgets

  • Preparing and administering budgets and grant applications, proposals and status reports
  • Knowledge of university policies and procedures, including human resources, payroll and financial operations
  • Resource management planning and oversight and coordination with institutional accounting processing
  • Conduct in-service web/electronic grant platform training program for research/administrative staff
  • Fiscal control over funds received from various sources, e.g., foundations, and federal/state contracts and grants.
