Join us for the Legal Tools to Protect Coastal Environments Workshop on June 18-20, 2008 in Traverse City, MI

The Legal Tools workshop is designed to provide government officials, nonprofit environment groups, shoreline property owners and concerned citizens with the tools they need to better understand and protect Michigan's coastal environments.  
 
The Legal Tools workshop will offer a unique combination of legal analysis sessions and field experiences related to coastal environments. The workshop will be based at the Great Lakes Water Studies Institute at Northwestern Michigan College, with field experiences along the Grand Traverse Bay shoreline, at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and aboard the schooner Inland Seas.
