Oversees Michigan Sea Grant Extension Program. Serves as member of Michigan Sea Grant Management Team. Works with coastal communities and businesses in Michigan to apply science-based knowledge to address Great Lakes issues.

• Works with sport and commercial fishermen on fishery issues of common concern
• Assists the recreational boating industry in dealing with water levels and water quality
• Serves as Advisor to the Great Lakes Fishery Commission
